Says that some conditions are not counted as disabilities for this law. Homosexuality and bisexuality are not medical impairments and are not considered disabilities. Also not counted as disabilities are certain sexual and gender conditions (for example, transvestism, transsexualism, pedophilia, exhibitionism, voyeurism, gender identity disorders that do not come from a physical impairment, and other sexual behavior disorders), certain impulse-control problems (compulsive gambling, kleptomania, pyromania), and psychoactive substance use disorders caused by current illegal drug use.
