Owners who give preference to elderly families under section 13611 must set aside some apartments only for disabled families who are not elderly or near-elderly and who have applied for housing. They must reserve at least the smaller of two amounts: the number of units that equals the larger of the percentages of such disabled families living there on October 28, 1992 or on January 1, 1992; or 10 percent of the project's units. This rule applies under sections 13613, 13614, and 13615.
