Sets definitions used in this part of the law. Drug-related criminal activity — means whatever that phrase is defined to mean in section 1437a(b) of this title. Federally assisted housing — means a dwelling unit that falls into one of nine categories, such as public housing, housing with tenant-based or project-based help under section 1437f, housing assisted under section 1701q of title 12 (both as changed by section 801 of the Cranston‑Gonzalez Act and as it existed before November 28, 1990), housing assisted under section 8013 of this title, housing tied to certain insured loans under sections 1715l(d)(3) and 1715l(d)(5), housing insured or held under section 1715z–1 of title 12, and housing assisted under sections 1484 or 1485 of this title. Owner — means the person or entity (including a cooperative or a public housing agency) that has the legal right to lease or sublease dwelling units in federally assisted housing.
