§16137 Authorization of Appropriations

Summary
Provides $100,000,000 for each fiscal year 2012 through 2024, and the money stays available until it is all spent. The Administrator may use up to 1 percent of each year’s amount for management and oversight.

(a)There is authorized to be appropriated to carry out this part $100,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2012 through 2024, to remain available until expended.
(b)The Administrator may use not more than 1 percent of the amounts made available under subsection (a) for each fiscal year for management and oversight purposes.
