Title 42 › Chapter 11— COMPENSATION FOR DISABILITY OR DEATH TO PERSONS EMPLOYED AT MILITARY, AIR, AND NAVAL BASES OUTSIDE UNITED STATES › § 1653
The Secretary of Labor may expand or create compensation districts under the Act approved March 4, 1927, and assign deputy commissioners to each district as needed. Cases under sections 18 and 21 about those compensation orders must be filed in the US district court for the deputy commissioner's office, or, if none, in the district nearest the base of the injury or death.
