Title 42 › Chapter 13A— CHILD NUTRITION › § 1782
The Department of Agriculture is in charge of running and supervising federal programs that help schools provide food services for children. Other federal agencies that give money to schools for this should, as much as possible, send those funds to the Department of Agriculture so it can distribute them through its systems and under the rules in this chapter and the Richard B. Russell National School Lunch Act (42 U.S.C. 1751 et seq.).
