§18386 Collaboration with Esmd and Somd on Robotic Missions

Summary

The Administrator must have the Exploration Systems Mission Directorate and the Space Operations Mission Directorate work with the Science Mission Directorate to make one overall plan for U.S. and international cooperation on robotic spacecraft missions, including lunar, Lagrangian, near‑Earth orbit, and Mars missions (for example, the International Lunar Network). Within 90 days after October 11, 2010, the Administrator must send that plan to the appropriate committees of Congress and may not cancel or start any Exploration Systems or Science Mission Directorate robotic project until those committees receive it.
