Creates a General Manager as the Commission’s chief executive, a Deputy General Manager, and up to three Assistant General Managers. The General Manager is appointed by the Commission, runs the Commission’s administrative and executive work the Commission gives, and can be removed by the Commission at any time. The Deputy acts for the General Manager when asked, is appointed by the General Manager with the Commission’s approval, and can be removed by the General Manager. The Assistant General Managers are appointed the same way as the Deputy, carry out duties the General Manager assigns, and there may be no more than three.
