The Commission can pay travel, lodging, and living costs for its employees who both help scientific, professional, administrative, or technical staff and are college students in good standing taking courses related to their Commission job (as defined in section 1002 of title 20). It can also pay for health and medical care costs for Commission employees and their dependents who are serving overseas, under an agreement with the Department of State.
