Summary

The Joint Committee on Atomic Energy is abolished. As of September 20, 1977, any mention of it in Senate or House rules, laws, orders, or regulations is treated as a reference to the Senate or House committee that, under each chamber’s rules, is responsible for that subject. All Joint Committee records and files go to those committees, and duplicate copies must be provided if more than one committee has responsibility.
