Makes it a crime for current or former workers or members of the Commission, the Armed Forces, any U.S. agency, their contractors or licensees, or employees of those contractors or licensees to knowingly share Restricted Data with someone who is not allowed to have it. It also covers agreeing with someone to give or get Restricted Data when the person knows or has reason to believe the material is restricted and the other person is not authorized. If found guilty, the person can be fined up to $12,500.
