The Commission can make rules that stop people from entering or bringing weapons, explosives, or other dangerous things that could seriously hurt people or damage property into any facility or land the Commission owns, runs, controls, licenses, or certifies. Those rules must be posted in a clear, visible place at the site. If someone breaks those rules on purpose, they can be fined up to $1,000. If the rule is broken at a place that is fenced, walled, roofed, or otherwise enclosed, the offense is a misdemeanor and can bring a fine up to $5,000, jail for up to one year, or both.
