You must not take photos, drawings, maps, or other images while on property run by the Commission of any places or equipment the President has marked as needing protection for defense and security, unless you first get permission from the Commission. If you are allowed to make them, you must promptly give the pictures or drawings to the Commission for inspection. You also must not use an aircraft or any flying device to make such images unless the Commission authorizes it. Breaking these rules can lead to a fine up to $1,000, up to one year in jail, or both.
