Creates a Treasury account called the Uranium Enrichment Decontamination and Decommissioning Fund. Money placed in the Fund, including any interest, can be used only by the Secretary and only when Congress approves spending, for the purposes set out in this part of the law. The Treasury Secretary must hold and manage the Fund, consult with the other Secretary, and send Congress an annual report on the Fund’s finances and operations for the preceding fiscal year. Treasury must invest the Fund in U.S. government securities with maturities and interest rates the Secretary finds appropriate, based on comparable market yields.
