§2321 Lots; Establishment of Boundaries

Summary
The Commission can right away map out lots for any community once the chapter passes or once a community is added under it. It can set lot lines and change existing tracts by moving boundaries, splitting them, or making them larger when it decides that is needed.

The Commission is authorized to plat each community immediately upon passage of this chapter, or immediately upon the inclusion of the community within the provisions of this chapter. The Commission may establish lot boundaries, and realine, divide, or enlarge existing tracts as it deems appropriate.
