The Director must conduct a national survey no later than 2 years after March 23, 2010, and then at regular intervals the Director chooses, to collect and monitor employer health policy data and to develop tools to evaluate workplace chronic disease prevention and health promotion. After each survey, the Director must send Congress a report with recommendations for putting effective employer-based health policies and programs into practice.
