§295n–2 Use of Funds

Summary

Money from a grant or contract under this program may pay for things that help build and run health training. That includes developing and supporting training programs and teachers, running model projects, helping trainees with tuition, books, program fees and reasonable living costs while they train, giving technical help, studying the health workforce, sharing information, and trying out new policy ideas to meet workforce goals. The organization that gets the grant must keep its own non‑Federal spending on those same activities at least as high as it was in the fiscal year before the year it receives the grant.
