§5517 Authorization of Appropriations

Summary

Provides money for NASA, HUD, and related programs. It authorizes $5,000,000 for the National Aeronautics and Space Administration for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1975; that money can be used until it is all spent to carry out the duties under this subchapter. It also authorizes $5,000,000 for the Department of Housing and Urban Development for the same fiscal year, available until spent, and allows HUD to use it or transfer it to the Department of Defense, the National Institute of Standards and Technology, and the General Services Administration so they can do their parts under this subchapter. Finally, it authorizes a total of $50,000,000 for the fiscal years ending June 30, 1976, 1977, 1978, and 1979 to fund the programs set up by this subchapter.
