Summary

Allows money to be set aside to carry out subchapter II. The amounts are $750,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1976; $500,000 for the period July 1, 1976, through September 30, 1976; $3,000,000 for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1977; and whatever sums are needed for each later fiscal year. Allows money to be set aside to carry out subchapter III. The amounts are $750,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1976; $500,000 for the period July 1, 1976, through September 30, 1976; $1,000,000 for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1977; and whatever sums are needed for each later fiscal year.

(a)For the purpose of carrying out subchapter II of this chapter, there are authorized to be appropriated—

(1)$750,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1976;

(2)$500,000 for the period beginning July 1, 1976, and ending September 30, 1976;

(3)$3,000,000 for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1977; and

(4)such sums as may be necessary for each of the succeeding fiscal years.

(b)For the purpose of carrying out subchapter III of this chapter, there are authorized to be appropriated—

(1)$750,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1976;

(2)$500,000 for the period beginning July 1, 1976, and ending September 30, 1976;

(3)$1,000,000 for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1977; and

(4)such sums as may be necessary for each of the succeeding fiscal years.
