Title 43 › Chapter 25— UNLAWFUL INCLOSURES OR OCCUPANCY; OBSTRUCTING SETTLEMENT OR TRANSIT › § 1063
No one may use force, threats, fences, or illegal methods to stop someone from peacefully settling on or passing through public land that is open to entry. It does not affect people who in good faith occupy, improve, or claim title to such land.
