Title 43 › Chapter 32B— COLORADO RIVER FLOODWAY › § 1600l
Congress allows $600,000 to be given to the Department of the Interior through the end of fiscal year 1990, on top of other funds, to carry out sections 1600b–1600k and section 4029 of title 42. With agreement, the money can be given to FEMA for its work under section 4029. Sections 1600d and 1600e stay the same. Indian tribes may be eligible under Public Law 93–638 (25 U.S.C. 5301 et seq.) to contract for the studies of Indian lands that this chapter requires.
