Title 43 › Chapter 45— STATE CONTROL OF NOXIOUS PLANTS ON FEDERAL LANDS › § 2701
Federal agencies must allow a State agriculture commissioner or other state official to come onto federal land and remove harmful plants if the state has a control program and the agency approves it. Entry is not allowed if the federal head or their designee says it would conflict with national security. The way the plants are removed must be okay with the federal agency, and the state must follow the same steps on federal land that it uses on private land.
