Title 43 › Chapter 8A— GRAZING LANDS › Subchapter I— GENERALLY › § 315h
The Secretary of the Interior must make rules to work with local ranchers' groups, State land officials, and State agencies that care for wildlife about using grazing districts. The Secretary must also set up local appeal hearings like those used in the land department. The Secretary may accept donations to help manage, protect, and improve lands inside or outside grazing-district borders. Those donations go into a special Treasury fund that stays available until spent and can pay costs or refund people who paid more than their share.
