Title 43 › Chapter 8A— GRAZING LANDS › Subchapter II— ALASKA › § 316b
The Secretary may create grazing districts on public lands for livestock, except the Aleutian Islands Reservation, national forests, other Agriculture Dept. reservations, national parks, or monuments. He may include surveyed or unsurveyed noncontiguous areas and lease grazing rights under the subchapter.
