§390b–1 Improving Planning and Administration of Water Supply Storage

Summary

For every water supply feature in a reservoir the Secretary manages, the Secretary must tell the non-Federal interests, before each fiscal year, what operation and maintenance work is expected and the estimated costs for that year and the next 4 fiscal years for which those non-Federal interests are required to pay. That information is only an estimate for planning and must not be treated as or relied on as the actual amount the non-Federal interests will have to contribute.
