All money from leasing or selling products taken from lands set aside under the reclamation law must go into the reclamation fund. If land set aside by some other law is needed to protect or run a reservoir or other reclamation work, money from leasing or selling products there must also go into the reclamation fund, and that land stays under the Secretary of the Interior’s control.
