Title 43 › Chapter 12— RECLAMATION AND IRRIGATION OF LANDS BY FEDERAL GOVERNMENT › Subchapter IV— CONSTRUCTION OF SMALL PROJECTS › § 422g
Federal agencies may give an organization that has applied or plans to apply for a project any existing engineering, economic, or water-related reports and printed materials that will help plan, design, build, operate, or maintain the project. If the Secretary supplies unpublished plans or makes or manages a loan, the reasonable costs for those items will be treated as a loan and added to the project contract unless the organization pays them, and only for costs that would be paid back under the Federal reclamation laws.
