Title 43 › Chapter 12— RECLAMATION AND IRRIGATION OF LANDS BY FEDERAL GOVERNMENT › Subchapter VI— WATER RIGHT APPLICATIONS AND LAND ENTRIES › § 442
Land assignments made between June 23, 1910, and January 1, 1913 are confirmed if there are no later valid claims, the person who assigned the land had filed satisfactory final proof, and the buyer purchased believing the assignment was valid. If those things are true, the buyer gets the land rights the law allows. All such entries must follow the Reclamation Act and its amendments. Confirmed buyers must make the required proof before May 8, 1916 to receive a patent.
