§564 Reappraisal of Town Lots for Sale

Summary
Gives the Secretary of the Interior the power to revalue unsold Reclamation Act town lots appraised under sections 562 and 563, and then sell them under those same sections.

The Secretary of the Interior is authorized, whenever he may deem it necessary, to reappraise all unsold lots within town sites on projects under the reclamation Act heretofore or hereafter appraised under the provisions of section 562 and 563 of this title; and thereafter to proceed with the sale of such town lots in accordance with said sections.
