§564 Reappraisal of Town Lots for Sale

Summary
The Secretary of the Interior may reappraise unsold town lots in Reclamation Act projects whenever needed, and then sell those lots under the procedures set out in sections 562 and 563.

The Secretary of the Interior is authorized, whenever he may deem it necessary, to reappraise all unsold lots within town sites on projects under the reclamation Act heretofore or hereafter appraised under the provisions of section 562 and 563 of this title; and thereafter to proceed with the sale of such town lots in accordance with said sections.
