King Hill, Idaho, must follow the Reclamation Act of June 17, 1902, and related laws unless those laws conflict with the U.S.–King Hill contract before July 1, 1918. The Secretary of the Interior may treat reclamation done by the U.S. Reclamation Service as equal to reclamation by the State of Idaho for land patents under section 641.
