§619b Reimbursement of Funds Advanced by Non-federal Purchasers; Uprating Program; Repayment Requirement; Visitor Facilities Program

Summary

Money paid by non-Federal buyers for the uprating program must be paid back to the Boulder Canyon project starting on the first day of the month after each part of that program is finished. The cost of the visitor facilities program must become a repayment obligation beginning June 1, 1987, or later if the Secretary of the Interior decides the work is not substantially complete until a later date.
