Title 43 › Chapter 12B— COLORADO RIVER STORAGE PROJECT › § 620f
Run hydroelectric plants and transmission lines together with other federal powerplants so they make as much sellable firm power as practical. Do not interfere with the Colorado River Compact, the other listed Compacts and Acts, or contracts under them; and, under the Colorado River Compact, using or storing water for power cannot prevent water for homes or farms under state law.
