Title 43 › Chapter 21— GRANTS IN AID OF RAILROADS AND WAGON ROADS › § 900
The United States must bring any lawsuit to cancel land patents wrongly issued under railroad or wagon‑road grants within six years. A good‑faith buyer’s title is protected. No suit or recovery can be had for replacement lands given when the Government failed to withdraw originals from sale or entry.
