Title 44 › Chapter 19— DEPOSITORY LIBRARY PROGRAM › § 1916
If an accredited law school asks, the Director of the Government Publishing Office must name that school's library a depository library. The Director can do this only after he finds the library meets the chapter's requirements, except for the location rule in the first undesignated paragraph of section 1909. "Accredited law school" means a law school approved either by a nationally recognized accrediting agency the Commissioner of Education accepts or by the State's highest appellate court.
