Title 44 › Chapter 23— NATIONAL ARCHIVES TRUST FUND BOARD › § 2302
The Board may create an official seal that courts must accept. It can use, and pay for, staff and services from the National Archives and other federal agencies (as the Archivist decides) to help run the trust fund and to prepare, copy, edit, and publish historical works, photos, and sound recordings. The Board can also make rules and hire and pay staff under civil service laws.
