Summary

Chapters 21, 25, 27, 29, and 31 do not limit the Comptroller General’s power to require accounting systems, forms, and procedures. They also do not reduce the duty of officers who collect or pay out money to send their accounts to the Government Accountability Office so those accounts can be settled.
