Print 820 copies of the Journals of the Senate and House of Representatives. Give them out this way: the Senate document room gets 90 copies for Senators and 25 extra; the Senate library gets 10; the House document room gets 360 copies for Members and 25 extra; the Department of State gets 4; the Superintendent of Documents gets 144 to send to three libraries in each State as the Superintendent chooses; and the Library of the House gets 10. The last 25 copies are supplied to the Secretary of the Senate and the Clerk of the House as their offices need them, as signatures are finished.
