Title 44 › Chapter 7— CONGRESSIONAL PRINTING AND BINDING › § 731
Public documents printed after the term of a Vice President, Senator, Representative, or Resident Commissioner ends (except the Congressional Record) must be given to the person who replaces them. If an outgoing official still has public documents credited to them when their term ends, they must pick them up by June 30 following that end date, or those documents will go to their successor.
