Title 44 › Chapter 7— CONGRESSIONAL PRINTING AND BINDING › § 734
When the Senate Secretary or the House Clerk asks, the Government Publishing Office must provide stationery, blank books, forms, and other papers for official legislative work. Officers may still buy supplies to sell to Senators and Representatives in the chambers' stationery rooms as allowed by law.
