Title 45 › Chapter 11— RAILROAD UNEMPLOYMENT INSURANCE › § 356
Employers must file employee pay reports with the Board and give yearly pay statements if asked. They do not have to file reports that repeat information already sent under another federal law. The Board’s pay records are final when deciding who can get benefits and how much. Errors or missing reports can be fixed if reported to the Board within eighteen months after the last return for the calendar year was due.
