§53517 Reports

Summary

Within 120 days after the end of each calendar year, the Secretary of Transportation and the Secretary of Commerce must each send the Secretary of the Treasury a written report about the capital construction funds they oversee for that year. The report must list the name and taxpayer identification number for every person involved in any of five things: starting a capital construction fund during the year; having a fund on the last day of the calendar year; ending a fund during the year; making a deposit to or withdrawal from a fund during the year (including the amount); or being found during the year to have failed to meet a major obligation under a fund agreement.
