Title 47 › Chapter 13— PUBLIC SAFETY COMMUNICATIONS AND ELECTROMAGNETIC SPECTRUM AUCTIONS › § 1403
The Commission must enforce this chapter the same way it enforces the Communications Act of 1934 (47 U.S.C. 151 et seq.), and breaking this chapter or its rules counts as breaking that Act. If a part of the chapter assigns a duty to another agency (agency = a federal department or office; see section 551 of title 5), the Commission does not enforce that part. The Assistant Secretary may make rules needed to carry out duties the Assistant Secretary is assigned.
