After it finishes the decision about whether to allow those operations, the Commission must send official copies of the final decision to four Congressional committees: the House Committees on Energy and Commerce and Armed Services, and the Senate Committees on Commerce, Science, and Transportation and Armed Services. If the decision allows the operations, the documents must explain how the interference issues were fixed. Covered GPS device: a Global Positioning System device of the Department of Defense.
