Title 47 › Chapter 5— WIRE OR RADIO COMMUNICATION › Subchapter IV— PROCEDURAL AND ADMINISTRATIVE PROVISIONS › § 416
The Commission must deliver its orders right away to the carrier’s chosen agent in Washington, D.C., or by another method the law allows. Unless another part of this chapter says different, the Commission can suspend or change its orders and decide how much notice to give. All people involved — the person, their agents and employees, and any receiver or trustee — must follow those orders while they are still in effect.
