Removes the wording that named the Territory of Alaska and the Territory of Hawaii from a federal criminal law. Also changes two other federal provisions so they say the chapter, and Sections 3 and 4 of Public Law 85–752, apply in the States of the United States.

(a)Title 18, United States Code, section 1401, is amended by striking out the words ‘the Territory of Alaska, the Territory of Hawaii,’.
“(b)Title 18, United States Code, section 5024, is amended by striking out the words preceding the first comma and inserting in lieu thereof the words ‘This chapter shall apply in the States of the United States’.
“(c)section 6 of Public Law 85–752, as amended, is further amended by striking out the words preceding the first comma and inserting in lieu thereof the words ‘section 3 and 4 of this Act shall apply in the States of the United States’.
