Title 48 › Chapter 14— TRUST TERRITORY OF THE PACIFIC ISLANDS › § 1685
After June 30, 1952, the Secretary of the Interior can ask federal agencies to send extra equipment, materials, and supplies they no longer need to the Department of the Interior without payment when those items are needed to run the U.S. Territories and the Trust Territory of the Pacific Islands. These transfers follow the rules in chapters 1–11 of Title 40 and most of division C of subtitle I of Title 41, except for sections 3302, 3307(e), 3501(b), 3509, 3906, 4710, and 4711.
