Title 48 › Chapter 14— TRUST TERRITORY OF THE PACIFIC ISLANDS › § 1695
Federal education and health care programs must keep applying to the Trust Territory of the Pacific Islands and any government that replaces it, as long as they are eligible. A program only stops applying if it is ended for everyone. The Territory or its successors cannot be denied, cut back, or dropped from these programs before or after the trusteeship ends unless Congress specifically approves. The help continues at the funding levels Congress sets.
