Title 48 › Chapter 3— HAWAII › § 27
Changes wording in four places to update which U.S. areas are named. Section 3(f) removes mention of the continental United States and Hawaii and instead refers to the states and the District of Columbia. Section 211(j) changes its list to the states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and U.S. possessions. Section 404(c) will refer to the states and D.C., and section 702(a) drops the Territory of Hawaii.
