People who must file reports or keep records about transportation covered under subchapter I or III of chapter 135 — and their officers, agents, or employees — must follow the rules. They break the rules if they fail to file a report; fail to answer a required question within 30 days; don’t make or keep records in the required form; alter, destroy, or falsify reports or records; file false records; make false or incomplete business entries; or keep records in violation of a Secretary or Board rule or order.
