You can be fined under title 18, jailed for up to one year, or both if you get certain information named in sections 30304(b)(1)(A) or (C) under section 30305 (except someone listed in section 30305(b)(6)), and you know disclosure is not allowed but disclose it anyway. The same penalty applies to anyone who knowingly asks for or gets that information by lying or other false pretenses from a person who received it under section 30305.
